Order & Delivery

It’s incredibly easy to place a NOOSA-Amsterdam order. Just follow these steps:

Chunks purchase only.

  1. Go to ‘SHOP’ on top of the webpage.
  2. Click on the chunk you would like to view.
  3. You will be able to choose ‘In shoppingbag’ at the bottom right of the product page. You can also select the quantity here. Your NOOSA product will now be stored in your shopping bag and you can continue shopping.
  4. When you are ready to check the items out, click on ‘shoppingbag’ at the top right of any page and go through the ordering process.
  5. You can complete your order by paying with Visa, Mastercard, or Ideal. 

Product and chunks purchase.

  1. Go to ‘SHOP’ at the top of the page.
  2. Click on the product you would like to view.
  3. Select the correct size op the product detail page. 
  4. Once you have done this, you can select a combination of chunks for the NOOSA bracelet, belt, sandal, bag or scarf you have chosen. You can do this on the same page. The chunks you select will automatically be added to your selection. You can easily drag the chunks off the product. Your selection will be adjusted automatically.
  5. Are you ready? Then choose ‘In shoppingbag’ at the bottom right of the product page.Your NOOSA product will now be stored in your shopping bag and you can continue shopping..
  6. When you have finished shopping, click on Basket (at the top right of each page) and follow the instructions to complete the order process.

We will send an order confirmation by email to the email address provided by you as soon as you have placed your order. You will know we have received and are dealing with your order once you have received this email. Please contact our customer service team, should this not be the case. Take a look in your SPAM box too, just to be sure. You will also be able to follow your order via your own personal account if you have created a My NOOSA account!

Ordered today? Then your order will be dispatched within two working days!

Your order will be dispatched within two working days after you have placed your order with NOOSA-Amsterdam. You will usually receive your order via TNT Post within two working days. Will your order not fit through the letterbox? Then it will be sent out by package post. You will subsequently be able to follow your order via Track & Trace with your unique Track & Trace code. You can find this code in your My NOOSA account and in the confirmation email you have received from us.

Delivery charges

NOOSA-Amsterdam currently only delivers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. NOOSA Amsterdam doesn’t charge any delivery costs for orders over €40. A total of €3.95 is charged for delivering orders below €40 within the Netherlands, to Belgium and Germany the shipping charge is €4.95.
